So we are approaching a month! wow alot has changed in our choices of food, are choices of activity! I think that despite we dont have a huge weight loss amount it has been steady! I think that is reasonable to think that by April 15th i can be down at least to 270. Mike is gonna try to be down 30lbs by the time we go in May to visit our families! well I have been to the gym 3 days in a row!! I hope my weight loss reflects my hard work this week because in my thinkiing I am not eatiing bad!

Week #2 Weigh In
So this week Was good I started on a great note having lost 10lbs! wow so I started this week at
291 lbs and ended at 288 (-4 lbs)
Mike Started the week at 315 and ended at 314 (-1 lb)
We feel pretty good! I have been cooking alot more and I actually know what is going in our body Hopefully this will Get better and better.
We are very hopeful about our lifestyle change and we hope we can inspire our friends and family to eat healthier.
I think the one thing that keeps us going is what we hope to gain out of this change. We are so ready to start our family!! So please keep us in your prayers

Weigh In #1
Well We decided to make our weekly weigh in on Tuesday's, so Tuesday this week with much anticipation I stepped on the scale......and I was Down 10lbs!!!!! in one week! Wow I was amazed, I had been working really hard last week hoping to see results and I did! My hard work was paying off...MOTIVATION x10...but then when Mike stepped on the scale.....he was down 15 lbs! Wow 15 lbs in one week. I am so proud of both of us,... before you know it we will be Healthier than ever!!

Week #2
Well it is the beginning of a new week and so far it is off to a bumpy start, but I will recover!! I have had a great weekend! Smoked some Salmon...That was fun and Yummy!! Tomorrow is the big weigh-in day! I am so ready...I think I have done well! so Be sure to check tomorrow ith the weight results!!!

DAY 5
So its Day 5 and Guess what I am 7lbs lighter!!!!!!!! Yeah so I am gonna Keep up with what I am doin! Sounds like a plan Right? Well Right now its 45 min workout everyday maybe next week it'll be an hour! so BABY STEPS !!! I am really motivated right NOW! Thanks for all your support

Uggg Day 4
Well Today is day four and I tell you this is not easy at all!!! But I am believing I can do this I have to do this! I keep looking at it as I am making a lifestyle change instead of the dreaded D word and by that I mean Diet! I think so many people who have never struggled with their weight really does not grasp how hard it is! But my friends let me tell you it is so difficult, overwhelming, and at times very depressing! But I am determined I will be the Victor over this weight!!! It will not win, It may be a long Journey But My friends with your support I know I Will win!! It will not Win!!

Zumba 101
So tonight I was introduced to the world of Zumba. At First I was a little uncomfortable, because everyone seemed smaller than me.. and Then I thought You know I am making a change so I am not going to let my fears stop me! And I really had a great time, I didnt feel like I was exercising I was dancing in a club!! So Fun = repeat! I believe I am gonna be crying in the morning I think I have worked some muscles I havent felt in a very long time!!! But I am thinking of the end result!!! NO PAIN NO GAIN right? Well It will be worth it!!
