So we are approaching a month! wow alot has changed in our choices of food, are choices of activity! I think that despite we dont have a huge weight loss amount it has been steady! I think that is reasonable to think that by April 15th i can be down at least to 270. Mike is gonna try to be down 30lbs by the time we go in May to visit our families! well I have been to the gym 3 days in a row!! I hope my weight loss reflects my hard work this week because in my thinkiing I am not eatiing bad!
